How to Exchange

Before you start the exchange process, please review our Return and Exchange Policy

How do I Exchange for a Different Size or Product(s) ?

Mailing Exchange (Online Orders Only)

  1. Create an Exchange: Click HERE to submit your Return & Exchange request.
  2. Pack Your Item: Upon approval, securely pack the return product(s) along with the original invoice or e-receipt in a safe bag or box.
  3. Send It Back: Use a trackable shipping method to send your package to:

    1/F, Tai Cheong Factory (Liberal) Building,
    3 Wing Ming Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong

    Note: Shipping charges are not covered.

  4. Processing Your Exchange: After we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item(s) within 3 to 4 business days via courier, with shipping costs paid upon collection. If there are any price differences, you’ll receive an email to settle that before we dispatch your exchange.

Important: * The total price of the requested exchange item(s) must equal or exceed the price of the returned item(s).

 

In-Store Exchange (Available for Online and In-Store Orders)

  1. Bring Your Items: Pack the return product(s) along with the original invoice or e-receipt securely.

  2. Pack the Return Product and Original Invoice into a secure bag or box.

  3. Visit Our Store: Come to our retail store in Lai Chi Kok during the following hours:  

       - Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 1:30 PM / 2:30 PM - 6 PM  

       - Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM  

       - Sunday & Public Holidays: CLOSED  

     *Note: In-store purchases must be exchanged in-store only.*  

     

    What to Do If I Received the Wrong or Defective Item ?

    1. Report the Issue: Submit your case along with a photo of the incorrect or defective item HERE.
    2. Get the Right Item: Once we verify the issue, we’ll promptly ship the correct item(s) to you, including tracking details via email.
    3. Return the Item: Securely pack the return item(s) and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your approval email.
    4. Courier Pickup: Hand over the return parcel to the courier during delivery.

     

    What to Do If I Have a Missing Item in My Order ?

    1. Report the Issue: Submit your case along with a photo showing all items in your order HERE.
    2. Get the Missing Item: Once we verify the issue, we’ll promptly ship the correct item(s) to you, including tracking details via email.
